I get headaches from having long hair, why? - hats with plaits
When I my long hair, or in a ponytail, braid or others like the Left, I have a headache. I have a headache with a hat, headband, sunglasses, or anything that represents what pressure on the head.
Can someone give me some advice on why this is happening and how can I avoid this?
