When my lasagna in the oven, I cover paper with alum. I let my lasagna was cold and clean aluminum foil to cover and store in the refrigerator. The next morning, the streets were scattered small holes through it. (When I made my lasagna in the fridge, I was cold). Recipe included, lasagna, meat, Ragu pasta sauce, tomato sauce, spices, mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar.

The acidity of the tomato dissolved aluminum foil. As you can see, there are patches of gray in the sauce. Scrape these points and do not eat that part. The next time you put a layer of plastic over the lasagna in the first place.
